Well Damn: My first one was witty and long and talked about shit but now I lost it and Im too tired to be witty twice in one night.

Switch Lunge: -4 (waaaah)

Half Burpee/Monkey: -2

Is it wrong on my right?

My right thigh is sooo sore!!! Has been for like 3 days. I don't know if one exercise just got me more than another on that one side or what.... But what the hell? Why can't both sides be equally sore? What if my right is getting toned and my left isn't. What if I have to buy two size pants and sew them together so my fat left and skinny right legs fit properly. What if. Ok. That's all. Really don't have much else to blog about. Today was pretty simple except for the lunges on that damn right leg. So while food was cooking I did a 4 minute hiit plus. Woot woot.

Will probably take tomorrow off cause I have dinner club and people are meeting over here first - like a half hour after I get home from work. So I'll do Fridays on Saturday or Sunday with a 4 minute weekend jawn. Also my next one is the new 'hiit combat' so I'm pretty pumped :)

Numbers are misleading.

So on my mirror (yes, I write my daily workouts on my mirror. Johnny loves it [sarcasm]) it says 50m circuit on Tuesday and 15m + 1mile today. Doesn't it seem like I did more work on Tuesday?! Today was so much harder to get through!!! I added 2 min of fast running between each set...I needed to run today. I had some intense aggression to get out and apparently it's frowned upon to bite and scratch back. Whatev. Forgot about spaghetti din din w mom tonight. She's going to be over here any minute, watch a little glee & have pasta and salad! I may treat myself to a glass of wine :) It's raining here so the brown dogs are ROWDY!!! Let me tell you how much I'm feeling their energy. Not feelin it, Em. Just. Not. Feeling. It. I don't think I need to have kids. Or a job for that matter. Polly Pissy Pants, out! Peace :) xoxo

Bad at being good

Day 2: no junk food. Have been awake for over 2 hours and I haven't put any crap in my mouth yet. I've even cut down from 2 sugars in my coffee to one. Bam! That's dedication!

I'm ok if you don't work out tonight... You're already too far behind to catch up with me anyway ;) haha.

About freaking time...

Yeah, my ass is on fire (sing it - MY ASS IS ON FIIIIIIIRE!). Those two were NOT the two to double up on :) I actually only ended up doing 2 rounds of thrift shop, but it was still 16 minutes. That damn Day Light took me 34 minutes!!!! UGH! I was totally going to do all 3 rounds until Johnny came down to workout. He does this thing, where he thinks it's nbd to workout together. By together I mean same room doing our own workouts. I however think it is the least cool idea ever. I do not need him seeing me burpee and diamond star jump, thank you very much. So I finished that set and bounced! Then I made some delish baked chicken, broccoli, and gnocchi w/tomato, peppers, and olive oil. Yummy yummy. I did have a greek yogurt frozen pop for dessert... needed something sweet after resisting that DAMN GOOEY BUTTER CAKE!!!! For two days. I almost throw that shit away today! I want you to be here. Like right now. That is all. xoxo

You suck....

Ok, you don't suck. You pretty much rock my world BUUUT in terms of our blog you could definitely stand to improve ;)

Last nights work out pretty much sucked. I almost didnt do the 3rd round (this one was 12 minutes for 3 rounds). Then I made myself and some of round 3 was kind of a joke. Who knew it would be so hard to do a jumping jack after so many? My reps were also seriously deminished. But then I thought, 'hey 5 slow push ups is better than none'. So I got through it.

Today SERIOUSLY starts no junk food at work. At all. Ever. No matter what it is. Biggest downfall and I'm overrrrr it.
