Ok, you don't suck. You pretty much rock my world BUUUT in terms of our blog you could definitely stand to improve ;)
Last nights work out pretty much sucked. I almost didnt do the 3rd round (this one was 12 minutes for 3 rounds). Then I made myself and some of round 3 was kind of a joke. Who knew it would be so hard to do a jumping jack after so many? My reps were also seriously deminished. But then I thought, 'hey 5 slow push ups is better than none'. So I got through it.
Today SERIOUSLY starts no junk food at work. At all. Ever. No matter what it is. Biggest downfall and I'm overrrrr it.
