How many times am I allowed to have my title be 'ouch'?

Sooo these made me feel like I have not one ounce of 'fit' in my body.... Specifically the last one. On all rounds of the last one I would crank out 3, chill in child's pose for awhile and then do three more, child's pose and then another. I'm not sure why but push ups kill my abs more than my arms. Damn you push ups. I didnt do anything elevated like she fid but also didnt have a weight to throw up for the chuck and tuck (I was afraid if I used an actual weight I would drop it on my head). So I used a pillow so I at least had the motion of throwing something. Anyway.... Here's the numbas!

The ONLY reason those numbers increased on the last exercise is bc I started w real push ups and switched to my knees 1/2 way through round 2. Don't judge me ;)

Ouchie

Well that hurt. I wasn't thinking, thought it would be 2 12 minuters. Nope, that was a solid 43 minutes if circuit. That's what I get!!! The second one wasn't terrible, but I wasn't a fan. Are you doing the weekend one (think it would end up being the day after tomorrow), or skipping it? Let me know, wanna stay w you until Vegas :))

My line up is a day off since I took yesterday completely off and just did the 4 minute challenge today. So!

Monday: taken to the limit
Tuesday: painfully delicious
Wednesday: killer six pack abs

We will prob end up back on track if you take a day off in Vegas.

You blogged!!! I am so excited! I read it on my way downstairs to workout this am! I wasSOOO sleepy this morning. Ugh. So that losing count thing, always happens to me!! I usually just write what I think I did and then compare it to the next round and see if it is close or not ;) Who cares, as long as you're doing it, we are only keeping track for ourselves anyway.

So as stupid as it sounds, I'm really excited that I stuck to the 50sec on 10 sec off! I can get into the habit of taking longer breaks w/in the workout and I'm gonna try to not do that this time!

So I'm just taking a pic of my numbers, easier than retyping! Have a good day, love! Tomorrow is Friday!!!


Ouchie

My alarm went off this morning and I tried to sit up in bed and it was a liiiiiittle bit difficult :( damn abs.

My scores from last night:
1: 7/10/8
2: 3/3/4
3: 11/10/10
4: 5/6/6

The last exercise I had nothing tall enough to pull myself up on so I just laid flat on the ground and did leg lift and tucks - still hurt like a bia but definitely didnt have the arms element. Also I feel like on exercises with 4 counts of something (aka 4 scissor jacks) I'm counting to 4 and then losing count on what rep I'm on. I need to figure out a better way to keep count!!!

Other than that, think I'm getting this hang of this. I'm getting better at slowing down and working on form rather than speed like I did the first few days. That being said, my form definitely still needs some help!!!
