Ouchie

My alarm went off this morning and I tried to sit up in bed and it was a liiiiiittle bit difficult :( damn abs.

My scores from last night:
1: 7/10/8
2: 3/3/4
3: 11/10/10
4: 5/6/6

The last exercise I had nothing tall enough to pull myself up on so I just laid flat on the ground and did leg lift and tucks - still hurt like a bia but definitely didnt have the arms element. Also I feel like on exercises with 4 counts of something (aka 4 scissor jacks) I'm counting to 4 and then losing count on what rep I'm on. I need to figure out a better way to keep count!!!

Other than that, think I'm getting this hang of this. I'm getting better at slowing down and working on form rather than speed like I did the first few days. That being said, my form definitely still needs some help!!!
