Sooo these made me feel like I have not one ounce of 'fit' in my body.... Specifically the last one. On all rounds of the last one I would crank out 3, chill in child's pose for awhile and then do three more, child's pose and then another. I'm not sure why but push ups kill my abs more than my arms. Damn you push ups. I didnt do anything elevated like she fid but also didnt have a weight to throw up for the chuck and tuck (I was afraid if I used an actual weight I would drop it on my head). So I used a pillow so I at least had the motion of throwing something. Anyway.... Here's the numbas!
