    Monday -
    AM/Mid morning:
    1 cup coffee
    Banana
    Fiber bar
    Orange

    Lunch:
    Turkey sandwich w/mustard
    blackberries
    carrots
    yogurt
    hard boiled egg white

    Snack:
    Apple

    Dinner:
    spinach, tomato, chicken linguini (sp)
    mashed potatoes
    whole wheat toast

    Breakfast-

    Lunch-
    Turkey sandwhich
    carrots
    blackberries
    yogurt
    egg
    ...very predictable!

    Dinner-
    about to have some soup and toast...mmm
