I went to spinning this morning... was much better as far as resistance goes! I really worked up a sweat this class... could definitely tell I had improved from my first time. However, there are still some people in the class whose form is amazing and makes me look like a total clutz half the time.
Then I spent the rest of the day moving all my "stupid crap" as I call it... all the nic naks off shelves, all my clothes (minus a few work outfits) bathroom crap (that I won't need until Friday) and dishes, mugs, cups, etc. Since all my big stuff is still here I feel like I did absolutely NOTHING today... yet am completely and utterly exhausted. Oh so many trips up and down the elevator with a big cart of boxes!
Then I was really bad and had pizza for dinner... I NEVER eat pizza and have had it so much lately it makes me want to vomit.
Anyway... I LOVE spinning mondays!!! What a great way to start the week =)
Hope you had fun at your class tonight... and YAY for BBT!!!
