Well, I have busted my ass this week so far... so I won't feel badly taking a rest night tomorrow for girls night @ The Melting Pot.
Tonight I did 50 mins yoga/strength
30 mins upper body
15 min run
The next thing on my list is giving up caffeine. I did it for a super long time and have gotten back on a coffee kick, really trying to get out of it. It's really hard though :) I hope you've had a happy Tuesday - I'm sure it's been hectic and busy w/the move and trying to cram everything in + work! You're a super star pretty lady, you can do it!
Happy 1 year Philly anniversary! Apparently it took you moving across the state for us to communicate daily!! Of all the things I hate about Philly, I kinda like that one.
