Not too shabby

Went back to the gym this morning... woke up and I wasn't even too sore (which is both a good thing and pisses me off - part of me likes being sore because I know I made some progress the day before). I did 3 miles on the eliptical and then did some leg weights. I really pushed myself on the leg weights because these new jeans I bought would be much cuter without my ginormous thighs so thats my new target spot. haha. (however the new jeans I bought are a size I havent worn in a very long time so YAY!) I am convinced stores have just stretched their pants/sizes and all this is a figment of my imagination because my weight on the scale hasn't really changed a whole lot. But whatever, I'll take whatever improvement I can get =)

We are at exactly 30 days to lose 4 pounds!!!! I think we can both do it. I am contemplating some sort of punishment (i.e. a rubber band to snap if I think about going to the gift shop at the hospital  to get my daily chocolate fix!) haha. I need something to motivate me -- as I sit here drinking a delicious cup of coffee and eat pancakes (although I skipped the butter and syrup!) Ha ha. 

Alright.. Im going to stop rambling now and get ready for work. Have a good work out tonight and see you in a month!!!
