Hey girlie! Sooo, definitely didn't get up and moving the way I intended @ 8. Not that mad, bc I HAVE to tomorrow... so sleeping in wasn't a terrible thing :D
I got up, made and ate my smoothie while watching the end of Rain Man and creating my list of things I want to accomplish in 2012 - there weren't that many, I really had to push myself a little to come up with a list! I'm an underachiever apparently!
Here's my list:
maintain workout routine
organize house / simplify
patio
get floors refinished
visit Chris (my cousin in Hawaii
plant a garden of some sort
read 10 books
manage diet more closely and drink more water
do 10 do it yourself pins that I want to try
Did my 30 mins around 12 - and I'm adding this on line 30day challenge to mine... and totally think you should too! It's @ www.bodyrock.tv - it's a totally free website and she puts up daily workouts (only like 5-10m). Yesterday was the fitness test (which I did this morning) and tomorrow morning I'll do today's b/c she doesn't post the video until the evening and I've already worked out at that point. Even though it's only 7 mins, it's freaking intense. I like it because it still keeps my workout time manageable to do in the morning... and 7 extra minutes doesn't seem daunting for a hard core workout. Check it out! We should do it together :)
Also learned today that distilled water is the purest water you can drink. Did you know that? Huh, learn something new every day I guess! Went up to school to work in my classroom aaaaannnnnddd there were about 5 construction workers still working in it... and it looked like a tornado hit it. There's NO way I can start teaching tomorrow in there (or would have been able to work in it while they were all there). They said they'd be out by 4:30, so I'm going to head up there now to work on it. UGH!
