ummmm, plan B?!

So I got on the scale for the first time since I got sick over Thanksgiving - it wasn't good! I am 7 pounds OVER my original weight when we set our goals. YIKES!

So new plan *(yes, I saw it on Pinterest):
I'm going to start simple with a 30 for 30 plan. Just like it sounds, I am going to run 30 minutes EVERYDAY for 30 days - no excuses. During the next month I'm totally going to focus on trying to eat more healthily and create a habit of am work outs.

I am going to only weigh myself on Mondays and keep track of pounds starting today (hopefully I get to start subtracting!!!). I put these quotes on my mirror next to 1/2-1/31 that I will check off after I run each day:

A year from now you will wish you had started today.
It always seems impossible until it is done.
Because it's time for a change in my life.
Suck it up and someday you won't have to suck it in.
You will regret eating that cookie. You will not regret running that mile.
It took more than a day to put it on, it's going to take more than a day to take it off.
and my favorite:
Someone who is busier than you is running right now
...b/c that's always my biggest excuse: I have too much stuff to do.

So anyway - hopefully fresh start. I think it's a reasonable and doable plan!!
