I LOVED YOUR BLOG! Great first blog of the year, Em! Funny that you said how easy running was today - because I was definitely going to tell you how today was bar none my hardest day. I don't know if it was a) I didn't really eat today b) I was thinking of all the stuff I had to be doing c) I did my 12 min cross-fit immediately before the run d) I didn't have as much tension to burn off since I talked to Johnny today ;) e) I may still be a bit hungover - but regardless, it was a toughy!!
However, tonight is the first time in a LONG time that I am really proud of myself in terms of working out. I ran EVERY day this week - for a total of 210 min, 19.9 miles, and 46 mins of cross training (yes, I wrote it down - and yes, on the mirror b/c I'm a teacher). As of Friday am I was 2lbs down for the week. Yay for me! I really hope I can keep it up, because like you said - it definitely feels GOOD!
I am currently sitting on my couch a sweaty mess b/c I wanted to read your blog so badly (you've totes been hating our blog so far in 2012)... completely worth it! Definitely already downloaded that app and can't wait to use it! That should be part of our daily blogs - what our score was :D
