(only drinking 2x week)

Fridays=Rest #getdrunk
Sunday: something active

Abbie:
MWF am workouts (6am)
35 mins on treadmill

T/Th pm workouts (4:30pm)
P90X

Saturday:lay around and do nothing day
Sunday:morning run/something active w/pups

Will revisit Sunday, November 20th
